Alzheimer’s Society
Alzheimer’s Related Disorders Society of India (ARDSI) is a national level, non-profit, non-governmental organization advocating for the rights of people having dementia. The Society helps them withstand the challenges in dementia care through various intervention programs such as institutionalized care centres, community awareness programs, home care programs, memory clinic, counselling and helpline services.
ARDSI Kochi Unit provides institutional care to persons afflicted with Alzheimer’s. They also provide public awareness programs on dementia, provide home care programs to patients, conducts memory clinic, counselling and helpline service. The Foundation partners with them in conducting social awareness programs.
